Warranty Policy

  • To ensure the normal use of the equipment, the equipment purchaser must perform daily maintenance and upkeep. CIMC FSAI promises that the core components of the CIMC FSAI intelligent welding workstation (excluding lubricating oil, conductive nozzles, welding consumables, and maintenance tools) will be under warranty for 12 months from the date of acceptance.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, relocation and modification matters outside the warranty period will not be covered. If the purchaser moves the product installation position or modifies the equipment without authorization, CIMC FSAI will no longer provide warranty and after-sales service for the product.

After-Sales Policy

  • During the warranty period

    During the warranty period, the equipment seller should promptly provide maintenance services for various failures of the equipment, Upon receivingnotification from the equipment purchaser.

  • Services Beyond the Warranty Period

    After the warranty period, we will continue to provide paid maintenance, technical support, and other after-sales services. The details of after-sales services and associated fees will be communicated to the equipment purchaser through a quotation.

  • Emergency Spare Parts Service

    The seller maintains a spare parts warehouse on-site and provides timely spare parts services. In the event of discontinued spare parts production, the seller will notify the purchaser in advance via email and, if necessary, expedite delivery through third-party logistics to the purchaser's factory.;

    After the discontinuation of spare parts production, if requested by the purchaser, we will provide spare part blueprints, drawings, and specifications free of charge.
